Single Family Management Company (SFMC) Committee Meeting

If you manage single family rental properties for others, you are invited to join the Rental Housing Association’s new Single Family Management Company (SFMC) Committee. This committee is built to serve professional property management companies and strengthen the single family voice within the association.

Format: In-person + Zoom option
First meeting focus
  • Create our mission and values statement
  • Confirm scope of work and committee priorities
  • Begin planning the 2026 calendar
