It is a hands-on competition where maintenance technicians race against the clock in a series of skill-based games. The atmosphere is upbeat and the format is simple. Show up with a team, compete, cheer each other on, and get recognized.

Maintenance techs, supervisors, and regional service leaders. Property management leadership is encouraged to attend and cheer.

Is this only for multifamily teams

It is designed for apartment maintenance pros, but any property management team may attend and compete.

Do we need prior competition experience

No. Rules are simple and stations include quick practice runs.

Can leadership attend without competing

Yes. Bring the cheering section. Recognition matters.

What about safety

Closed toe shoes are required. Games are inspected and monitored by event staff.
