CAM Program Consists of Eight Courses

- Risk Management
- Legal Responsibilities
- Marketing
- Property Maintenance
- Financial Management
- Test Prep Day
Requirement For Achievement Of The CAM Designation Include
- One year of experience in the apartment industry
- Completion of eight courses
- Passing grade on the CAM exam
