At this event, Dejan will present his on the economic impacts of short term rentals in Utah. Justin Allen
Justin Allen is the current Director of Government Affairs for the RHA. He is an expert in legal strategy with many years of experience shaping housing policy and guiding legislative initiatives that impact rental housing in Utah.

Gavin Gilbert, Esq.
Gavin Gilbert, Esq. is the former Director of Government Affairs at the RHA and works with our association as a lobbyist. He has extensive experience representing the interests of Utah rental owners and crafting policy strategies to protect property rights.

Matt Clewett
Matt Clewett is the Director of Government Affairs for the Salt Lake Board of Realtors. He also works as a consultant and lobbyist, bringing valuable insight into both housing policy and legislative advocacy on behalf of property owners.
