Single Family Management Committee in Partnership with NARPM

The Single Family Management Committee is a new group dedicated to supporting Utah’s single-family rental companies. This committee focuses on the unique needs of those who manage homes, small portfolios, and individually owned rentals an area of property management that faces very different operational and legislative challenges than large multifamily housing.

What This Committee Does

• Share best practices and practical tools for day-to-day management
• Discuss operational challenges like maintenance, inspections, turnovers, and resident relations
• Stay updated on legal and compliance issues affecting single-family housing
• Help guide RHA’s advocacy efforts by identifying what matters most to single-family managers
• Build connections with peers and industry partners who work in the same space

NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) is the nation’s leading organization for professionals who specialize in managing single-family and small residential properties.
