We are excited to continue to offer a hybrid live and virtual Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) Program for Fall 2021!

CAM Program Specifics

• CAM consists of eight courses:

          1 - Industry Essentials

          2 - Financial Management

          3 - Marketing

          4 - Property Maintenance

         5 - Risk Management

         6 - Legal Responsibilities

        7 - Human Resources

        8 - The Resident Experience

• Requirements for achievement of the CAM credential include:

         a. One year of experience in the apartment industry

         b. Completion of eight courses

         c. Passing grade on the CAM exam
