Good Landlord Program
The Good Landlord class (AKA property management 101) is the base legal class the RHA of Utah offers on landlord laws in the state of Utah. Some cities require you to take this class in order to receive a "good landlord discount" on your business license fees. This calls is good for all cities in the state and is a wealth of broad knowledge on landlord law.
Utah Professional Rental Operator (UPRO)
The Utah Professional Rental Operator (UPRO) is a 32 hour course series in which individuals can earn their designation to add to their resume and profession portfolio. The course provides in-depth knowledge on laws, best practices, skills, and other recourses to be successful in rental housing.
Certified Apartment Manager (CAM)
The Certified Apartment Manager Designation is a course series which provides highly advanced certification as a property manager. This course is operated and designed by the National Apartment Association and is administered by the RHA of Utah . We offer both live and online versions of this course but students must be dedicated to learning the material.
General Membership Meetings
The Rental Housing Association of Utah has recurring "general membership meetings" in the evening every month. These classes rotate topics and are usually held in the evenings towards the end of the month. Sometimes these can also involve small networking events like our "fun-bus ride" and our December "bingo night".
Maintenance Education Classes
Get the most out of the RHA of Utah through our education classes for Maintenance Professionals. From HVAC classes, CPO classes, and even entry/pro level training; to certification and EPA licencing - we are here for individuals involved with property maintenance.

This course is operated and designed by the National Apartment Association and is administered by the RHA of Utah. We offer both live and online versions of this course but students must be dedicated to learning the material.
